Refund policy

Due to the nature of Sewing Machines and weight/cost of shipment, *all sales are final* if product is not defective.

If product is defective, All Sew will work with you in the best solution in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty.  All Sew will work with you to;

- Find the closest sewing machine dealership to exchange or refund your machine.  Sewing machine manufacturers like Brother have agreements with all certified dealers that allow all customers to exchange or refund their product in case of defect.  This allows a more cost effective and expeditious process of returning machines as opposed to expensive mailing across country.

- Send replacement parts if parts are missing or damaged. 


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

If product is defective, you can contact us at Support@FlintSews.com. We will work with you to find your closest dealer and/or send replacement parts.

Learning Your Machine

Many users buying their first machine have trouble in the beginning and might believe that something is wrong with their machine.  This is normal. While sewing is fairly straight forward, there's a lot that beginners haven't yet learned.  Due to this, it's best that after you receive your machine, you sign up for a local sewing class to learn how to best use it.

The easiest way to find local sewing classes is to go to Google and type in "sewing classes (your city)".

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
