My Sewing Machine was purchased here. Not Only did I receive just a purchase, but I got a unlimited supply of helpful and Friendly Staff. Alfred, the new owner, stopped what he was doing to examine my smaller, older Singer sewing machine. He threaded it and then sewed with it to prove that it worked just fine before I mailed it to my sister (it was my mom’s and she just passed away and wanted my sister to have the machine). I tried to pay him for his labor but he said just pass along a good word. done.

I needed to finish an embroidery for a client and they let me finish the last few stitches on on one of their demo machines while mine was being repaired. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, especially with my 1 year old. They even let me come in early to get help and got my machine repaired. This place is excellent.
